The Amazing Faiths Dinner Dialogue in Harrisburg was held at St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral. The Dinner Dialogue of the Amazing Faiths Dinner was created in 2006 by Dr. Jill Carroll who was at that time the Executive Director of the Boniuk Center for Religious Tolerance at Rice University in Houston. Held at the Hadee Mosque located at 245 Division Street, Harrisburg, PA
The Religion and Society Center, and the Interfaith Alliance of Pennsylvania, is initiating an interfaith dialogue with congregations of different faiths called "Cooperating Congregations".
At our first gathering began a series of multi-faceted, multi-faith dialogues. Members of the Hadee Mosque introduced a study of the Quran which described the core tenets of Islam. Rabbi Carl Choper then discussed the framework of Cooperating Congregations and described our mission and objectives for expanding understanding of the different faith traditions, the scriptures that form those traditions, and the celebrations that commemorate those traditions.
